Okay, seriously. That month FLEW by. For those wondering about how the transition is going from 2-3, it has been really really smooth! Leighlyn is in a little school program and so in the mornings it's just Edyn and Roman! Elliott actually leaves after Leighlyn so he wakes up with the girls and gets them breakfast while I wake up and feed Roman (and catch a few more minutes of sleep)! It's been such a relief!
Roman is such a good baby so far. I know the first year is a roller coaster with babies. Once you get used to something, it changes. So I expect we will have some rough times. But he has made this first month pretty easy. He wakes up about every 2-3 hours most nights, but we have had some 5-8 hour stretches randomly. He is not fussy unless he's hungry or needs a diaper change! When he's awake he's really content just chilling in his swing or on a flat surface kicking his legs. Leighlyn and Edyn are still just as in love with him and are so helpful!
